with RIC as their Chief Operating Officer and I will be based in Halong Bay. It is my duty and responsibility to safeguard shareholders’

D. Description of the new hotel plan:
The Royal's new
five-star hotel, should be completed at the end of this year. Upon completion,
it will be the only international five-star hotel in Halong Bay, and will definitely enhance the
business performances of our Gaming Club and other facilities.
